Industrial furnaces and kilns are heating equipment widely used in smelting and chemical industries. Indirect heating industrial furnaces and kilns use radiant tubes as heating elements, which are arranged on the base. In order to improve heating efficiency and reduce heat loss, a thermal insulation device shall be set on the base. The traditional thermal insulation structure of radiant tube installation base is wrapped with fiber blanket and stainless steel lining plate, or fiber module and stainless steel metal frame at the corner.
Problems with these two structures:
1. Because the metal connects the high-temperature furnace gas in the furnace with the metal shell outside the furnace, and the metal is a good conductor of heat, there is a "thermal short circuit" phenomenon inside and outside the furnace, resulting in heat leakage and the temperature rise of the metal shell.
2. The rusted steel lining plate or frame is easy to deform and cannot be installed after being removed during maintenance;
3. The sealing is not tight. The gap between the lining plate of furnace wall and the lining plate of incubator is a straight joint, and the fiber blanket filled in the straight joint is unreliable;
4. The installation is inconvenient. During installation, personnel need to enter the furnace and plug the seam with fiber blanket.
