Product features

◆The liquid aluminum is taken from the bottom of the aluminum alloy dosing furnace, and the furnace cavity is fully sealed to ensure that the liquid aluminum is free from pollution, the oxide film on the surface of the liquid aluminum will not be damaged, there is little oxidation slag, high quality of liquid aluminum and little hydrogen content.

◆The refractory castable is integrally cast and formed, with long service life, and the service life of furnace lining can reach 10-15 years.

◆The setting of heating elements is reasonable to ensure the stability of pouring temperature, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃.

◆The lift pipe and feeding cone pipe made of special materials have long service life, low cost and convenient replacement.

◆The liquid level detection adopts double loop detection and control to ensure real-time dynamic detection of liquid level height in furnace cavity and real-time detection and display of liquid aluminum weight in furnace cavity.

◆The hydraulic lifting base hydraulically adjusts the overall height of the quantitative furnace to match the height of the injection position according to the molten cup height of the die casting machine.
